Booking Policy
1. General
Check in Time is 14:00 and Check out Time is 12:00.
Early Check in is Subject to Availability with extra charges.
The primary guest must be of 18 years of age or above to check into the Hotel. All guests under the age of 18 years must be accompanied in the same room by a parent or a legal guardian
The guest(s) will be required to furnish a valid original Photo ID along with address proof and the credit card used for the reservation at the time of check-in.
The hotel Reserve the Right to charge 1 night Retention Charge in event of NO-SHOW and failure of CANCELLING/AMENDING the Reservation, 24 hrs prior of the Arrival Date.
Hotel reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations, where it appears that a guest has engaged in any fraudulent or inappropriate activity.
- Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up until 2pm local time at least 48 hours prior to the arrival at the Hotel. Any later cancellations will be charged at the rate of one night's No Show Charges equivalent to one night room rate.
- Tentative booking will be cancel if Credit Card Details not provided before 48 hrs of arrival.
- In case of non refundable booking no charges will be refund.
- If the guest(s) don't show up at the hotel or cancel the reservation(s) as aforesaid, in such circumstances guest(s) shall be charged for the entire amount.
- Once the booking has been successfully cancelled, the refund will be processed within 2 working weeks from the date of cancellation.
